Nice! Hopefully the inlet pipe for the 10th Gen comes out soon now that the 11th Gen is out ?

Is this a confirmation of the 11gen 1.5t engine having vtec and not just vct? From my understanding the 10gen l15 engine just has vct and no vtec. This would be a nice upgrade over the 10gen if it had vtec on the exhaust cam similar to the type r.The 11th Gen also has VTEC/camshaft differences
I assumed they meant VTC but if they really added VTEC back in I think it would make a lot of people happy. Even though variable lift isn't nearly as helpful on a turbo motor vs NA applications. Is this a confirmation of the 11gen 1.5t engine having vtec and not just vct? I’m assuming your right but it would be interesting if Honda did bring vtec back to the l15. Would add another way for tuners to squeeze more gains out of it.I assumed they meant VTC but if they really added VTEC back in I think it would make a lot of people happy. Oh wow so they did put it back in on the exhaust side like the 2.0T.From Honda:
“For EX and Touring trims, the 1.5-liter turbo 4-cylinder produces 180 horsepower @ 6,000 rpm (SAE net) and 177 lb.-ft. of torque at 1,700 to 4,500 rpm (SAE net) on 87 octane gasoline, up 6 hp and 15 lb.-ft. of torque from last model year. Multiple measures contribute to improved fuel economy ratings, including new more efficient turbo plumbing and the addition of Variable Timing and lift Electronic Control (VTEC®) to the exhaust valves. The CVT for the 1.5-liter turbo features improved torque converter performance, while also adopting revised Step-Shift programming.”

Thank you for clarifying this. From Honda:

We're not quite sure yet, but it's definitely on our radar. Will you be making anything for the 2.0?
