You can definitely get some understeer in the lower speed corners and certain mid speed corners. There's an off camber mid 3rd gear turn in particular at my local track that would benefit from more rotation. These situations could probably use a bigger rear bar. Going to agree with what others...

Interesting, I've been running these pads front and rear on my 8th gen Si for the last couple years and they are quiet. I did put brake grease on the back of the pads and on the ears.
Do you track the car? If not, grease is probably not a bad idea.
Where on the track did you experience the cuts in power? The Ridge is notorious for making cars fuel starve, particularly in turns 8A and 8B.
