Gotcha!
Also, I think it’s Turn 9 you jab the throttle a bit too early and it pushed you wide so you lost some time waiting for the car to settle back for full throttle. I may be wrong I don’t know that track at all lol
Great driving!!
Only thing I noticed was the “Senna” throttle blip through turn 5. I’m assuming it was the slower traffic that got you hesitant on exit.
JDM Seat Again? (Spoon Carbon Bucket)
After lots of internal mental debate, I decided to sell the Mugen MS-C and get a Spoon seat. One came up for sale at a reasonable price so I decided to jump on it. Overall install was the same as the Recaro and I was able to re-use my seat rails. This seat...
If you want the car to rotate with the current mods, I would suggest first running a reverse stagger tire pressures. Fronts should be around 33 to 34 hot and rears can be around 36 to 37 hot.
Also, as for the alignment you will want to run a bit of toe out in the front about -0.04 degree each...
I would also recommend to try out the stiffest setting on the rear bar.
Your camber seems to be good for Daily/Track use.
What are you toe settings and what tire pressures were you running front and back when the tires were hot?
Getting More Seat Time at Sebring
With no changes from my January attempt I was able to lower my PB by 4 seconds to a 2:31.24. On my last session of the day the Garmin Catalyst noted a 2:29.87 as my optimal. Looking forward to going back out and breaking into the Sub 2:30!
Enjoy!!
What about a track day? I honestly think car meets are a waste of time.
I’m scheduled to instruct and drive May 24th at Homestead Miami Speedway. If you’re still in town it’s free to go.
I have the Type S module and I do the pedal dance.
My Individual settings are:
Suspension: Sport
Steering: +R
Throttle: +R
From the POV you can see how bumpy it still is:
