  1. Factory Air Dam PPF or is it just shipping material to be removed? Would someone mind looking at your car?

Do you have a picture? I just got mine so if I don't have it, then it's likely shipping material.
  2. New to CTR - impressions log. What do I need to know?

I would like to know too since I think I shifted a little too late today, first time, kinda scared, but the car didn't grind or even act different, it just bounced off redline when I didn't shift in time. Then when I did it again, it was fine.
  3. New to CTR - impressions log. What do I need to know?

I can already attest to these having had the car for 2 weeks. Got caught up in a race (not by choice), fill up the gas tank once a day, have been honked at incessantly Great car though, I easily hit 100 on Mexican roads
  4. Worm Gear Recall Fix Reviews

To add to this ltft and stft (short term fuel trim) are measurements of how rich or lean your car is running. Lean is pretty much always worse than running rich, and engines will choke themselves out running rich rather than blow up running lean. Read it online once as a example of playing...
  5. After months of search, finally got one!

I'm getting full front sides and that little area above on the tailgate, would do full ppf, but I might wait to see how the front ppf does. The paint on the FL5 is a bajillion times better than my FL2 was, so I'm already impressed
  6. Varis ARISING 1 EVO fender trim kit

Saw your video last night. My opinion is that they just don't look right on the FL5, it's like the Integra type S widebody, but without the want to actually be widebody. Hopefully they look better painted
  7. 27WON FL5 Exhaust System

Yeah, the (teaser) sound, design and materials are top notch as always, but you usually see 27won put a lot of effort into weight reduction too. Looking back, @Tougefl5 mentioned that Vlad has said it was 70lbs.
  8. 27WON FL5 Exhaust System

Believe it was earlier in this thread where someone mentioned it was heavier and 27won confirmed
  9. 27WON FL5 Exhaust System

Love 27won, but God the price is insane for something heavier than stock
  10. 27WON FL5 Exhaust System

First comment is see is you saying exactly what I thought ?
  11. TYPE S ADS INSTALL - THE EASY WAY

Haha this was great, reminded me of the old AVGN skits on YouTube
  12. Type R owner age?

I'm a little baby at 26, second car I've owned with my own money. Massive step up from my sport hatchback
  13. Advice on driving the Type R

Good idea, I hated it when I drove an automatic, hate it even more now. Strike fear into their hearts hehe
  14. Advice on driving the Type R

When I learned it in my friends solara, the roll back was horrible. I had to move my foot significantly farther than in the CTR to hit the gas, genuinely terrifying haha
  15. Advice on driving the Type R

Do you have a page number in the manual for the hill assist stuff? If lurched on hill starts (and stalled once), but it's never been as difficult as in other manuals I've driven
  16. New York Aftermarket Part Out

Has some grease on it right now, and one thing scratch from when I pulled the packaging off.
  17. Advice on driving the Type R

In my case I just mean any downshifting that matches the proper rpm needed for the lower gear, heel toe is it's own technique for that afaik
  18. Advice on driving the Type R

I'm a size twelve, tried heel toeing today and I just don't got the ankle mobility (or maybe my foot too big lol). Currently I downshift and rev match by clutching in, switching gears, revving to my desired rpm, then pulling the clutch out when I'm at the right rpm. Usually I'll let it wait if I...
  19. The Tuned 11th gen Experience & Reliability Thread (for all models)

Definitely will, not sure the number I'm looking for in terms of HP, but I'd like to hit the limit of the stock fueling system at least.
  20. The Tuned 11th gen Experience & Reliability Thread (for all models)
