It's very normal to hear a change in noise clutch-out vs clutch -in. Throw out bearing, clutch, and engine all get loaded clutch-in and the transmission input shaft stops spinning. This is very noticeable on motorcycles, since you're sitting right over the powertrain.

Check for stones inside the fender liners and undertrays. I found some when adding sound deadening. You can tap the plastic liners/trays and hear rattling if stones are present.

I used Amazon Basics sound deadening on the fenders, outer door panels, and spare tire well. Definite improvement, but no Lexus. High pitch tire hiss is gone, but low pitch rumble remains. I'm not willing to add further deadening, as we drive another, quieter car on longer trips.
