When I purchased mine last night, it said my order qualified for free shipping, even in checkout. But it still charged me $9 for standard shipping and there was nothing I could do about it.

Interested in these billet mounts. How does this feel on a street car (i.e. my FK8 that I daily drive in lots of stop and go traffic?). I've heard some horror stories but I've never actually rode in a car with this.

Being an aftermarket RMM undoubtedly NVH will increase. It's just a part of upgrading the RMM to a performance variant. What's unfortunate is how hard it is to translate NVH to a customer over the internet or phone. What may seem totally great and normal to one is very aggressive for another. Personally, I think it feels good on the CTR and how it should have felt from the factory. The driver feedback is increased which is exactly what I want in my performance car, especially since so many features seem to dull that for the customer now and days. My best advice would be to see if you can find a friend with one and take it for a spin yourself.
