I've been looking into this, and my dealership's Parts guy insists the ambient lighting strip is only sold as part of the whole door panel, so it'd be ~$900/each.
If you do manage to find a way to get ahold of a set, I'd plan to run wiring out of each back door, along the sill, up into the front doors, and splice them into the strips in the front so they're controlled together.
It'd be a similar amount of trouble (and, funny enough, cheaper) to install the JDM door handle/map compartment lighting in the front and back. I believe Blackhawk is still the cheapest for the kit: https://www.blackhawkjapan.com/products/honda-08e20-t43-001b?variant=44126361190691
