So now that its warmer in the midwest, the transmission is wayyy smoother and I swear the car has gained 20hp (subjective guess). Its far better in warmer weather from what I can tell.

Anyone in midwest experiencing the same or do I have a late bloomer on a stellar tank of gas?

It's probably the improved traction. I noticed the car is quite a bit faster and fun to drive when the tires are warm. We had a cold spring this year and anything in the 40-50 degree range felt like the car couldn't hook up.

I'm excited to see what it feels like on 200 treadwear Bridgestone RE-71RS when my wheels show up soon!

I dint know, ive alwqys had good traction. This is straight up smoothness and throttle response.
