Got our stock order in. Here's one kit for example - it came with the shipping label attached to the box, some others did come boxed up as 3 kits. I've sent everyone a longer email with more pics, please respond there as emails are easier to trace back to each order versus forum posts.

Aim is to finish filing all of the cases by tomorrow with your help so replacement parts can be shipped next week. Thank you guys, sorry about all this!

I think we were shorted bolts. Your photo only shows 2. I think we need more than this.

I’m just going to get something. These are the bolts that HEL show on their development video. It’s a lock washer nut on the end. Pointbypoint mentioned in his video about a rubber Oring between the plates and cooler. I’ll figure something out Maybe use some sheet rubber.

Sorry for the headache guys, I've piled up all the info for HEL and sharing with them

I'm going to email Ben over at HEL as well, unless you want to pass along this message. The 2 spacers aren't needed for the USDM crash support. They should be including at least 3 zip ties, one 12" piece of their heat shrink tubing, and an 8" piece of padding. Let me know if you want me to get in touch with him instead.

Also all the hardware to attach the brackets to the cooling unit and hardware to secure it to the vehicle. Kit only included 2 bolts in total.

One would hope. Instructions should contain more specific information on items included. Top tier price for maybe $300 in parts plus custom brackets.

Just sent everyone an email, replacement hardware is on the way from UK to HEL US. The US team will ship directly to you all.

@Yorkman1 you will be receiving a replacement sandwich plate as well.

Again, sincerest apologies that this process wasn't the smoothest from start to finish, it was just this batch that landed without those missing hardware pieces.
