how do these cars handle 430 whp~ does it break traction at all in 4th gear full throttle?
It depends on tires and how the torque is setup in your tune. If it hits down low then your more likely to have wheelspin in 4th. Most 200TW tires will handle 400+ whp with relative ease. Most All-seasons will struggle with that level of power.

I can get traction on Extreme Contact all seasons in 3rd and 4th if roll into it. 200tw it's even easier.
Fair. Proper rubber is key and a 200 TW tire is the optimal hardware; however, other factors are equally important and not discussed enough such as motor mounts, the right tire pressure, and getting heat in the tires. Another point is an optimized boost curve to aid in better traction.

Ah, some of the lurking big hitters finally come out of the woodwork. What about 2nd gear? Can you ever go full throttle in it?
To be honest I don't know if I have ever tried, but I do have it tuned for less boost in 1st and second to help with that.
