Yes. Second what @MooMoo said. And good price helps.
Are these any good on the road or do they need to be warmed up to get some bite? EBC is a UK brand (where I’m based) but the SR range are made in the USA. Did you consider the RP-X range at all?

Mine have been great on the street even in winter months. No heat needed. I liked the lower dust and longer life of the sintered pad. Plus no crazy bedding process for them to mate with rotors. Cost was a little more for the sr11.

I'm not sure of any regulatory differences between the 2 that may be a consideration. I'm in the States we can do and run pretty much whatever.

I use my SR11 daily but I don't drive that much. That said, the dust is not bad at all, they are quieter by a long margin than the paragons I had, the bite is immediate even when cold so for me they are a all year pad. Also from what I read from the EBC literature (take it with a grain of salt cuz they want to sell the thing) it is easy on the rotors, it adds a layer to the rotor and in some cases your rotor actually measures out thicker.

I need more time with them, only have had 1 track day and a few hundred miles but so far so good. And yeah we are in the US, you can run paper mache as brake pads and no one cares, I know in some places in Europe certain compounds are not legal to run and I this is one of them because track use only but pretty sure neither is the RPX

Sounds like the SR11 is a great pad for the occasional trackday! I’ll definitely give these a go. Are they fine with stock tires or do they over power them at all?

Where’s the best place to buy them?

you are not meant to run track (race) pads on the road in the UK but loads of people do… Thanks for the info

I think they are too much for stock ps4s. I still used them because I am still a novice and not great at threshold braking yet.

I have only used them with 200tw tires so can't comment on using them with ps4s. They do have a big initial bite, they are not for everyone, some people prefer a more progressive pad. They do modulate better once they are hot but when cold they are a bit more on/off. I was looking for a pad like a ferodo 1.11 without paying $650 and these do the trick but if you like tons of modulation then maybe these are not it.

I bought mine from CSP racing
