After owning my FL5 for a few months I've noticed a metallic buzzing noise at the upper register when the vehicle is under load that was previously not present a month ago. I don't think it's the waste gate actuator, that’s on deceleration and is present but not my concern. This noise is very audible whether the vehicle is driving or parked.
I used to be able to here the turbo spool up, I can't any longer, this new buzzing noise masks it.
I'm wondering if injector noise, the valve train at this point. I was able to compare my vehicle to a like vehicle which presents the same noise under load, however mine is much louder and apparent.
Would love to get some insight
The first part of the video is my vehicle, the second part is a like vehicle.
