Central NC ITS/CTR meetup

I'm putting this here to see if anyone in the central NC area wants to have a little FL5/DE5 meet-up this summer. I figure we can pick a central location to meet up, then take our little convoy on a fun drive on some backroads and then grab some breakfast or lunch somewhere together. While it's great talking to you guys online, it's way better meeting in person and these cars seem to attract good people. I'm thinking a Saturday or Sunday morning would be best, and once we get a solid group together we'll work out the date and locations. If you're interested, respond to this post with the city you're from and any suggestions on meet-up spots, restaurants, or nice backroad drives you know of.

So far we have StingertimeNC (Southern Pines)and HappyKasper (Durham)with their DE5s from integraforums.com, plus me and my FL5(Apex).

2024 FL5 owner in the triangle here. I don't have a ton of time with my 1 year old demanding most of the weekends, but am willing to be an on and off participant as time allows. I went to C&C Morrisville last weekend and met up with another white FL5 owner. In the future I'd like to do a track day at VIR and take trip out to the tail of the dragon.

Hell yeah!!! It'd be great if you guys could come and hang out. I'm thinking maybe 6/28 or 6/29 would be good so l will check with the Integra guys and see what they think. Follow along on this thread and we'll discuss where we want to meet up, what we want to do, etc.

I'm sorry I can't make this meetup as it sounds like fun. Is anyone planning on attending the Classic Honda On The Dragon in October 12th & 13th? I've never driven the tail of the dragon and my son & I are going to check it out in October.

I'm almost definitely going to check it out this year. I lived out in western NC for 10 years and heard a lot about it, but never went. 90% of the roads out there are fun drives so this one must be something special. Not to mention there's probably not a better place on earth to be in October than western NC/East Tennessee.

I guess breakfast/meeting spot will depend on where we want to cruise. I honestly don't know any good roads, but I downloaded the Roads by Porsche app and maybe we can pick a route from there.
