Its a pain in the ass, its not hard, just very tedious. You practically take apart like 90% of the rear panels, have to fish the harness through the hatch and part of the head liner and through the rubber grommet/tube that has all the wires going to the hatch and then zip tying everything. The kit did not come with enough zip ties.

Where did you get the light? I've wanted to do this since I got the car

Those rims are super nice, curious why you switched to Akebono pads from the Dixcel's?

Also saw on a different forum that you swapped in the ELS speakers, what modification did you need to do on the tweeters and would you say it was worth the upgrade?

I switched to the Akebono because I was getting a little bit of brake squeal in the rear brakes, saw that the shims on the Dixcel pads were all chewed up and decided to switch them all out. The shims on the Akebono pads are metal.

The tweeters didn't fit in the FL5's mounting location fully so they would fall out. I used sound deadening material like Dynamat to secure it to the panel.

Everyone's listening and how they perceive audio is different so you might not hear the same as I do, so saying its worth it on that is subjective. I found the full set of ELS speakers minus the subwoofer on eBay for around $100, that was definitely worth it for my perceived slight increase in performance.

Thank you, that's good to know as I was considering the Dixcel but I'll probably just go Akebono.

That makes sense, if I can find some cheap I'll likely do the same.
