The Touring has the traction control, parking sensors as well as the blind spot monitor.

The Sport Touring has VSA like the FL5, but has parking sensors and BSI. Not sure about the rest, probably something we don't get, but overseas models might.

I have these buttons in my Canadian FL5

Welcome to Japanese manufacturers and their random panel of blank buttons that are never fully populated in any trim level.

A tradition going back decades.

Back in the day, I replaced blanks with aftermarket fog light and cruise control switches.
I find the lighting awesome on the CTR for my purposes, so no need.
