FL5 Lowering Springs

The body is level on the spoon springs.

I notice slight reverse rake on an FL5.. full tank maybe.



Fast forward to around 3:50.
I see, so I’m thinking the stock car is not level then and naturally has a slight forward rake. To get the car to be level, Spoon lowers the rear more than the front to even out the forward rake. With the body now level it introduces a visual reverse rake because the front fender arch height is actually greater than the rear (as Jomoto-San states in the video). Very interesting.

Is it just me or do swift springs seem to not lower as much as they used to?
Perhaps anything post 2024 at a rough guess. I too am in the pursuit for which springs to go with.

early photos of FL5s with swifts seemed to sit right on the tire where most now have an obvious wheel gap similar to the eibach pros.
