Hardline is V1 and still in the factory sealed bubble wrap. Historically, minor issues such as fuel leaks causing potential inferno scenarios have been reported. Nostrum (manufacturer of the hardline) quickly addressed those issues by initially claiming user and/or shop installation errors. They later followed up by releasing a V2 and V3 of the same hardline that did not resolve the problem.

That said, here is a rare opportunity to acquire the original V1 hardline. This one is different though in that it also comes with a trillion dollar bill to spend as you wish instead of relying on the basic manufacturer feel good guarantee...Think Tommy Boy for reference.

No price but shipping is included to sweeten the deal. Let me know who’s ready to roll.

P.S. Sorry to bust your balls @Full-Race Geoff but this one was deserved. The hardine simply does not meet the quality standards/reputation that you built your business upon.

Sorry? Why be sorry. Fullrace sells a product with their name on it but does nothing but push responsibility to Nostrum. At least stop selling the pump until the fuel line issue is actually resolved.
I’d love to help sweeten the deal by offering up my Version 3 line but I need them to come out with Version 4 and wait to see if another car catches on fire first before installing it.

Historical interactions...I have much respect for @Full-Race Geoff. I first started working with him almost two decades ago to design a custom GT30/35R hybrid turbo assembly, manifold, and compressor housing for my 2006 Si with modified internals. Car was later tuned at Evans and hit nice dyno queen numbers on 93 pump gas:

Full-Race was a known pioneer at the time using robotic welders and tubing benders. Years went by and I hit them up again for performance upgrades to my 2020 F-150. I was still a happy camper after installing all of their top-tier offerings.

Fast forward to the FL5, I decided to buy the expensive Full-Race HPFP. Prior to installing, I began to hear horror stories about the high-pressure fuel line itself failing catastrophically. I later learned that key components used in the kit were globalized items. Evidently, the HPFP is a known part used on Audi platforms with the addition of a custom Nostrum supplied high-pressure fuel line and Full-Race engraved logo applied onto the HPFP itself. The average buyer/customer is not aware, nor should they be, of the globalized items used and simply looks at the endorsement from the manufacturer (i.e., Full-Race in this case) selling the product itself.

Suggest @Full-Race Geoff refocus original business development standards and quality offerings.

Absolutely insane that they are still selling the product.
Agreed considering there have been many reported issues with the HPFP line itself.

Ngl, thought I'd buy this and hang it up on my wall as a joke
I like the thought...For a wall hanger, it would not be complete unless it also displayed all versions of the hardline itself. I can only contribute a V1 instance.

If we can get someone with the v2 to sell there's, I will gladly pay for the shipping to have them all sent out. Will frame it too lol

Where did you find out about the rebranded audi part? That seems incredibly deceptive if true. I imagine if what you're saying is true, then the only real defense would be that they "made changes to suite the FL5 platform"

Key details that I was referring to were mentioned across three different threads.

First post that I am aware of mentioning the use of an Audi Pump.

Next, read this response from Full-Race mentioning " We had a handful of cases involving the fuel line that were caused by user installation error. " Follow on conversations in that thread are also worth reading.

Then read starting on Page 3 of this post for further information and additional important installation notes related to the base plate in post #44.

Oh wow, reading those threads kinda paints full race in a bad light.

Yes and there is much more one could unpack from the only forum response from @Full-Race Motorsports provided on 14 April 2025 such as:
  1. Because we stand behind our product, we immediately halted shipments of pumps and corrected the process. There are a number of operational countermeasures that have been implemented as a result of the investigation. We then had lines made for every customer who had already purchased our pump before continuing production of new pumps.
  2. Most of you should have received your lines by now, if you haven't, please reach out to the vendor you purchased from so we can get one headed your way. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, but we want to ensure no stone is left unturned and all risk is reduced, regardless of how small, as our reputation and trust with our customers is our #1 priority. We have been operating in this industry for 22 years, and intend to be around a lot longer.
  3. This pump has been anything but rushed to market. It has been meticulously designed, developed, and tested to be the best possible high pressure fuel pump solution available. Mistakes unfortunately do happen from time to time, but we hope we can continue to build your trust in our products by taking the correct countermeasures and ensuring you have the best product available in your hands.
Thinking at the time that Full-Race stood behind their reputation and resolved any previous concerns, I decided to move forward and placed an order on 27 November 2025 for a MHI Stage 2 turbo and the Full-Race HPFP. On 25 May 2026, I sent an email to Full-Race informing them that I became aware that a newer version of the HPFP hard line was released and requested a replacement to be mailed to me at no cost. Their response the next day:

For warranty purposes please reach out to Nostrum directly as they are handling all the warranty / support for these pumps at this time.

You can ask for Nick or Frank to work with.

My initial thought was I ordered the HPFP directly from Full-Race and was looking forward to them to do the right thing per their own stated Terms & Conditions rather than attempting to transfer responsibility to another company that I never heard of before:

Like I said previously, I have much respect for @Full-Race Geoff but your company is going down the shithole really fast. Why Full-Race continues to sell the HPFP to this day without supporting their own customer base is beyond me.

That said, I am incredibly grateful that other vendors/manufacturers noticed the concern and developed an alternative solution. Many thanks also to those working behind the scenes.

First, let me apologize for potentially misleading others that I have a V1 of the Full-Race HPFP hard line. It appears that the one I have is actually a V2 (mine is Serial #: 00461).

This post included a picture of a letter from Full-Race related to what I believe is a V1 of the hard line. It was a Service Bulletin (i.e., not a recall) from Full-Race offering a free replacement for those that purchased prior to March 10, 2025. Safe to presume that at that time, Full-Race dissolved any and all further interest in supporting the product that they continue to label and sell even to this day.

This later post included an inquiry apparently related to V2 of the Full-Race HPFP hard line. Nostrum's response mentioned that is was a "Service Bulletin" (i.e., same story...not a recall) where the customer could buy a V3 replacement if they so decided.

I have seen V1 pop and send fuel everywhere, I have seen V2 pop and send fuel everywhere, I have seen V3 start a fire and burn some shit. No matter what version they all not good. So instead of stopping sales and have the possibility of another issue that honestly could hurt people (every single one of these issues I have seen was on track), they continue to sell this I am not sure why.

So to summarize…All versions of the Full-Race/Nostrum hard line share one thing in common with this stapler if used:
