I just found the diagram of the front bumper cover, so this means that anyone can swap the grill among the Hatchback, Si or sedan as long as you get the top piece as well.

11th Gen Honda Civic Grille can be swapped between 2022 Hatchback, Si and Sedan 1635745342881

Now the sedan owners just need to find any hatchback owner that wants to swap to the obviously-worse-looking sedan piece.

Interesting, but I am not planning to do some grille swapping. I'm happy with what's in my car right now.

HB grill part number 71200-T43-A51 retails for $295.20CAD

The HB, Si and 4DR part numbers are different btw. So unless someone does this DIY and report the results, OP's findings are not accurate

The part number of the grill for hatchback, Si and 4dr are different for obvious reasons. You kinda answer your own doubts.

The hatchback and sedan have different grills, so they will have different part numbers. Even though the Si grill looks identical to the Hatchback, but it comes with mounting hole for the Si Badge so it's going to have different part numbers.

The bumper cover, however, is identical on all 3 models, so all 3 grills can be swapped provided you change the upper nose piece #3 as well. This is how the 10th generation should have been made, Honda learnt from their mistakes.

Awesome work! I can definitely see this coming in handy for those who think the sedan looks a bit bland.

Any idea what the part number for Si grille is?
No, I don't see them on any online honda part stores yet.

You can get the hatchback grill, which is basically the same thing unless you specifically wanted the one with Si Badge. I believe the Si grill will have an indentation for the Si badge (like the 10th gen) , or it could be the same if the Si badge is secured with mounting plate like previous gen.

Not only the grill, you obviously have to get the upper painted nose piece as well.
