Need suggestions

So i am currently installing a downpipe and frontpipe and the stud is stuck in the turbo and everything ive tried seems to not work hardware stores around me are close atm so i cant try the two nut method ive sprayed wd-40 on it and let it sit nothing has seemed to work

Just noticed aswell there are no threads on the exposed side anymore from my unsuccessful attempts at removal

Best way would have been to double nut with the factory nuts and heat it up with a torch.

Yeah now you are in a tough spot, solution might be to weld a nut and taking it out

I had someone come out to weld a nut on it and it broke 3 times 🫠

Then it might be time to drill it out and retap the threads.
