the shop returned my car ppf with this gap

I think it looks fine and heck at least you won’t get any wear on the edges from rubbing ??

after getting car back it’s clearly more than normal and in spec

The same gap happened to my R after someone at the gym backed into me. Luckily the PPF blocked any paint damage, but it did cause that gap on the driver side of the front bumper. When I removed the bumper to install an intercooler, it all lined up perfectly when I reinstalled the bumper. But, eventually, the wind caused the same gap.

they rolled a lot of edges but this one they cant

that's what my installer said as well -- the natural flex as you're driving will work it loose.

my shop is Aerowerkz in socal and they do 5 million dollar cars, they know what they are doing
