Can’t wait to see it installed
Looking forward to it too! Been at home sick with a nasty head cold the past few days, but hey, at least I was here to sign for the delivery!

A couple buddies from worked came by today, and did me a HUGE solid! I'm still laid up with a nasty head cold (starting to actually feel better). They scooped up the R and installed the Remark TI exhaust and Hasport 62a torque mount for me, and then delivered the car back to the house! First impressions are the stark difference in sound between the Remark exhaust on my FL5 vs the FK8! You can really hear the turbo through the exhaust when revving in neutral, like one of those big turbo diesel trucks! The FK8 was not this way at all. At base idle it's fairly quiet and unassuming (similar to the FK8). I took it for a drive, and I get some lovely pops and burbles between shifts, and at WOT the sound is incredible! Cruising in 5th or 6th the drone is extremely minimal, almost doesn't exist. In the FK8 there was a fair bit of drone. I have some video to shoot tomorrow for sure! Contrary to how it looks in the photos; the tips do not stick out beyond the bumper.

Nice video and someone is upping their video making game. The exhaust sounds nice but I’m afraid it might be a little loud. I’m just afraid my wife giving me weird looks when my son won’t fall asleep in the car.
For the price, it’s definitely a good deal.

Are you referring to my epic photoshop skillzzz??? ?

The sound that you get from the exhaust is entirely dependent on how much throttle you're giving. If you go beyond the half throttle mark it starts to wake up a get a bit raspy, but for cruising it's not bad at all! Don't mark it off your list just yet! I still remember my girlfriends reaction when I put the Remark exhaust on my FK8. She HATED it! I haven't had a chance to drive her around in the FL5 just yet, but i'll let you know what she says! I should have done a portion on the video where I was purposefully trying to keep it tame!

Hey, if you keep doing it, it gets better. There’s video editing time and there’s seat time. Same idea.

I do want to say, for the active valve control, I would prefer to have it. Not because I am into booming exhaust but I want to think I can control it when I’m driving the family as opposed to when I’m alone or on the track. If it’s modulated by drive mode and RPM like stock, it’s preferred.

That makes sense!

Hey guys! Trying to drum up some support! I'll be participating in Dave's Race 6 for Racing for ALS #ENDALS in September! All donations are 100% tax deductible and 100% of your donation goes towards fighting this terrible disease! Putting this out there for any of you that might be interested in supporting a great cause. No amount is too large or small!
