Rattle noise from seat belt fastener, drivers side

How do I get it out?

I tried pull it out an it snapped.

You take a dowel and a hammer and tap the pin in until it releases the panel.

Not to keep hijacking this thread, but yes, you broke it as soon as you snapped the head off of the fastener.

Thanks ) All positive! Now I broke it, still trying to figure out how to get it out. Maybe I'll have to drive by Honda and pickup the replacement part, and maybe they can get it out.
