If you are looking to replace the plastic coolant expansion tank, here are links to two billet aluminum alternatives that mimic the OEM style:

• Origin Fabrication

I went with MDR but don't tell corporate that I already sanded off their laser engraved logo. A little more prep work before coating in gloss black epoxy.

To replace the stock plastic tank that is known to crack and/or leak around the seam. Here is a thread where others reported issues with the stock plastic tank. There are several other posts embedded in other longer discussion threads.

Is this just to keep a more OEM look vs say mishimoto or other brand? Just curious.

I prefer the OEM style. If these two were not available, I would have went with either Mishimoto or Wunderladen.
