I spy COTA! If you're in the Austin area, we have a Type R group. Message me if interestedAnother big upgrade I did recently is I’m racing in 275/35/19 on stock rims Pirelli pzero corsa’s and the ride and noise is much better. I did get a bit of wheel rub on one side because my front fender liner was sagging because I sound proofed the wheel arches then used some glue to hold it close. Zero metal contact and now zero rub on fender since I glued it closer to metal. It was simply sagging due to the weight of the foam I installed on wheel liner. I’m now able to go to the track and home in super comfort, and even less noise than before. The only downside is gearing is slight increases so it’s off by 2-3 mph and I can feel it on long straight aways at Cota, but then again I have zero wheel hop anymore flooring it first and second, and actually compared to the stock cup 2 and stock 4s lap times I am 2-3 seconds faster at Cota. The best I could do at COTA on oem dt1 4s was ~2.42 cup 2 2.41 and oversized 275/35 stock rims Pirelli pzero corsa streetable track tire was 2.39![]()
