I believe there's metal tabs on the cover that wrap around the pedal that have to be pryed out. I just went through the black rubber and left the cover. Still very secure

I got the hex satin finish, they pair well enough with the trim. It's not the exact same color but they do look great.

I have the acuity throttle spacer in position B installed. It takes some getting used to but the relocation paired with the wider throttle makes rev matching much easier for someone with long legs.

Not as glossy irl as they look in photos::

I like those, they got a little flashiness.

Just installed these today and I really love how they turned out. I didn’t like how the stock pedals looked, the FK8 ones looked better in my opinion. But the good thing about the FL5 pedals is that the clutch and brake just slip off, no rivets like the FK8. The gas pedal is just a metal plate held on by four tabs that bend around the pedal.

He didn’t have a set yet for the FL5 but after contacting him and a few back and forth, we got the sizing down. If you guys want the same ones these are the hex design in the shiny finish. He has a few different styles to choose from.

I just ordered this set a few nights ago after seeing @MooMoo 's thread on these pedals. I had been looking at buying these Hex Satin pedals for a few months, was a bit sauced, and finally pulled the trigger.

I did not realize at time of ordering that we have to drill into the gas pedal in order to install the SRP pedal. Drunk shopping, ammiright?

No worries. Looking forward to the (very sober) install.

Cheers.
