There's no clear instructions on when to cycle power off/on after flash. After flash is complete do I hit ok and then power off and back on? Do I power off first then back on and then hit ok?

I seem to run into issues if I follow the screen instructions by hitting ok and then powering off and back on.

The directions on the screen are pretty clear.

After a flash it tells you the flash status (Successful, etc), you hit OK to continue.
It tells you to turn the vehicle off. It waits for you to do so.
Once you do it tells you to turn it back on. It waits for you to do so.

It returns to normal operation.

Where are you getting lost in this process?

When I follow the directions on the ktuner screen and power off after hitting ok I get an error saying it wasn't done right. I'll try and get a pic of it when I flash again. Maybe it was a one time thing but I ended up having to recover

Feel free to contact support by email with that. I honestly don't know what you're referring to.
