did you just get yours? also have you let SUMA know? i wonder if its something wrong with a batch or something.

I’ve received mine a few weeks ago, and I have been in touch with suma through email. They’ve asked for a video, but it doesn’t actually show on the video. Just sent them another email linking this post since it exactly describes whats happening.

I tried to get a video of it the other day - i have not been asked for one yet. I dont understand how im supposed to hold my phone steady, make sure im capturing the mirror shake, and safely drive my car..
i guess ill find a way if needed.. takes me longer to find a clean microfiber than it does to swap em out anymore.

Mirror warpage is impossible to see unless in person, they should just have you guys send them back

Take a video of the white bracket not being securely held in by the mirror back. I didn't take a photo after I put it on the suma mirror, but I recall everything fit very securely like OEM, which was a pain itself to separate.

the problem is that its not clear what is wrong - everything looks fine. If i could take a picture of something wrong then they would have it and it would be posted here.

I have the same exact issue. Please let me know if you find a solution.

They sent me a video of someone installing them after i rated them 1 star.. not helpful lol
