Tools in trunk. What goes here?

Yep, you can buy a jack to stick there if you want - the ND Miata has the same type of setup (foam for the tools but just fix-a-flat included) and some folks bought them jacks off ebay so they'd have one. A jack from a "regular" Civic should fit there.

Kinda funny how both cars (R, ND) both include the handle/winder for the not-included jack. Thanks?

Those pieces for the not-included jack are probably removed on the S Grade CTR (for further wt reduction).

Well i cut the foam piece that holds the wheel lock and wedged it in there

How much did this setup run you? I'm assuming it fit perfectly and no modification needed for the trunk tray?

Correct, fit perfectly as is. Altogether with the kit and tire it was under $300.
