Vent fan issue

Anyone else notice that the vent fan will cut by nearly half when you get above 65/70 mph and come back to full strength once you get below 60/55 mph? I hear several people who own Integra's are also having the same issue.

Bump as this is still an ongoing issue.

maybe it's cutting power to the HVAC system for optimal HP at high RPMs

Except it's at freeway speeds only doing a little over 3k rpm and doesn't come back until you're down to around 55-50 mph. Still waiting for it to become a known issue by Honda. Now I've noticed it happening at lower speeds as well randomly.
