So been looking around and I decided to get another civic. But almost dealers in my area have stupid add ons. For those of you that have purchased a used one. Is this a good price for a 25, with 13k miles

That’s a few thousand dollars cheaper than my brand new champ white 2025. With adm. that’s… not a deal…

Remove the LoJack, remove the certified pre- owned fee ( who does that???) and reduce the doc fee to 500 or less and you are getting closer to fair.

Yeah so I asked to get closer to 44k but they pretty much told me kick rocks. For that price I feel I can find a brand new one. It’s blue btw.

I was going to say the 44k range is more proper. I would tell them to kick rocks!

FYI there is a 24 cw FL5 w/14k miles in my neighborhood. It has a branded title (water damage), but I will be damned if I could find out where the water intrusion was. I started it and let it run while I poked all over it (wondering if issues would arise/lights would illuminate). Couldn’t find anything wrong with it, anywhere. No residue underneath, mold in the interior, crap in the spare tire well, etc. Salesman said I could go and drive it and take it to have it inspected anywhere I would like. That’s when I fessed up and told him I already owned one but was intrigued to see this one for sale. 40k$
I contemplated it as a daily driver but after a day or so I didn’t buy it because my Daughter would think her old man is crazy to have two TypeR. One daily to keep the miles off the other LOL

This is a terrible deal. Skip the hassle and buy new. You can find one for below MSRP if you're willing to shop outside of your local area. You can either ship the car to you or drive it back.

Get rid of lojack!? garbage. Keep the certification!! and find out what 'dealer fees' are?! Otherwise not a bad deal

final sale price should be low-40s, including with dealer fee. From there, standard taxes apply. I think 42k + tax is where you want to be. Otherwise, for the price they are quoting you, and 1100+ new units on dealer lots or in transit, just buy new

Buy brand new and perform correct break in yourself. The way I see it at the current stage of life cycle of these cars there is functionally no point in buying used unless you have 100% verifiable proof of exactly how break in maintenance was performed.
