Put on titanium strut bar nuts from TSP to go along with strut bar. I wanted to remove the pins but couldn’t. Will have to try again next time.

Today nothing, but yesterday we gave a Nismo 370z the business lol 🤣 We were cruising 85 North when he pulled up on us, needless to say he got gapped TWICE (well hubby did and I was riding passenger gripping the oh shit bar the entire time lol) Buddy couldn’t hang. The CTR lives for this!! Anybody else getting challenged out there like this?
I've only had my CTR for a little under a week, and I've been rolled up on by an STI, an Audi and awkwardly an Accord. Only one I bit for though was the STI because that was the other car I considered - Glad I chose the CTR. The guy ended up behind me for the better part of 40 miles.

Finally got around to installing the pro kit springs. Did it alone on jack stands in the driveway. Rear was super easy, front right took 2 hours because the axle popped out of my hub, front left took 20 min. Really not a terrible install, but not for the mechanically inept for sure.

Pleasantly surprised with how well these springs ride even on new orleans streets.

Tip: don't fully remove the axle nuts, just loosen them down to the last few threads and you get enough play in them to not damage your axle seals while also making sure they don't pop out of the hubs.

I added the following interior lighting to the FL5:

1. JDM OEM LED Tailgate Light (08E17-T43-000) - this LED light is a net new light located just below the left tailgate grab handle. This part is a complete kit that consists of wiring harnesses, LED light with switch, zip ties, template to make the cut, bezzle/housing for the light, foam inserts to prevent rattles, and other miscellaneous components. A+ quality kit with literally everything you need to install the light. I expect nothing less from Honda. What's interesting is when you remove the panel and flip it over, it's already premarked for where this light should go (see picture). In total, this takes 2-3 hours to complete properly if working at a leisurely pace.

2. JDM OEM LED Room Lamp (08E13-E4A-A00) - this LED light replaces the current halogen light located in the tailgate area on the right. This is really straight forward, you're simply swapping one light for the other. This takes less than 5 minutes to complete.

BLUF: These lights significantly enhance the lighting conditions in the tailgate area. The lights are OEM, functional, and look good. What more can you ask for? I've included photos below of parts of the installation along with before and after.

Hey man question for the tailgate light you need to take a part the whole plastics on the trunk? Did you find instructions on how to do it? I just got mine today and really can’t find anything on the internet even the search option here just present the puddle light.

thank you for the help.

I didn't install it myself and there are no instructions that I'm aware of. There are a few folks who decided to tackle this on their own so hopefully they'll chime in.

Can't have anything nice. Always park in the back of the office garage too.

Someone had posted it in this thread a little while back, but its all in Japanese. I think Adobe can translate it or you can upload it to a translator online.
