Yeah i love my red seats as well, but i would like to preserve them as much as possible, so i’m getting some cheaper custom seats to go with my blue yellow theme, so either blue or yellow seats that i don’t mind the daily usage.

My only issue with getting another set of seats is storing the OE seats...I don't have space for them. Besides, who am I saving the seat/car for? Definitely not the next owner! The materials (fabric/foam) will deteriorate over time regardless. I will use mine as intended and them decide if I want new seats or reupholstered them in the future if and when needed.

Roe quality is better, noticeably.
And the car feels way more darty- can’t wait for warm weather when the tires can get warm

I totally get your point of view, but my car is paid off, and i’m not getting rid of it, and surely after me, my Son will continue to drive it. He loves it more than I do at this point. Lol. My car is paid off as well and I have no plan on selling mine either. I understand your sentiment, however, my point is to just enjoy the car and repair/replace things (seats wearing, etc) as it arises. Why just worry about the seats? The engine, transmission, clutch, etc...all will wear out as you drive/use the car. If you're going to worry about everything, you mind as well just park the car.
