You don't need it but it just makes it one whole piece instead of coupler into coupler. Less points of failure and looks a bit cleaner

One year of ownership today. Just over 9,000 miles. I tried to see how much mileage I could squeeze out of this thing on my last tank, and it looks like I would have hit around 27-ish mpg if I let it use that last 3/4 gallon. If anything, the 93 tune is much more fuel-efficient.

Installed a PRL HVI and couldn’t be happier. Sounds so good and the butt Dyno/ lack of traction says it has every bit of the claimed HP increase. Next to my exhaust it’s one of my favorite mods to date. Whooshhh Whoooshhh all the way home and couldn’t stop smiling?

New to me 18 inch SW388's and Advan 275/35 tires. Saved 11 lbs per corner. Still on stock suspension.

Spoon mirror install

2 things:
1. I was just wondering about these mirrors as I was trying to deal with the headlight glare on the interstate. Have you tried them at night?

2. I hope you read this in time, because Jason is sitting in your car waiting for you!

1: I haven't driven at night yet. I just installed them. Good tint can help w/ glare, it worked for my wife.

2. haha yessir! I made it. It complements the current "kanjo spec."

I've only done a short drive so far and it softer than the stock 19 inch set up but not too soft. It felt like some of the harshness was gone but still in control. I will need to put more miles and hard turns on it to get a better feel of the changes.

Daytime shots of the new wheel setup and installed the BADANNLV front shield in raw aluminum. Looks great with the WOT cooling plate.

Very clean! I like the SW388s - they'll never get old to me. Former Subaru owner by chance?

2007 WRX TR. Pretty stock. Invidia catless DP and cat back, eneki wheels, full sti interior, Cobb intake and accessport with stage 1 tune. Some other small things. It was super clean, just so slooow.

Makes sense. The Grimmspeed and COBB decals on your work bench were a dead giveaway. Looks clean!
