Installed an FK8 HKS Legamax Exhaust on my FL5 - sound clip sample video

Came across a clean used FK8 HKS Legamax exhaust on Facebook marketplace for $1,000 and thought I’d give it a shot after reading they fit on Reddit.

Once we used the step up bit on the 3 holes where exhaust bolts to the front pipe. The rest of the install was a breeze and perfect fit to the stock front pipe.

TSP downpipe and HKS SSQV are what you’re hearing lol

It’s about 20% louder then stock under acceleration and then quieter then stock while on the highway. It also makes the pops and bangs a little more plentiful and deeper sounding.

It could be placebo from the sound but the car felt like it could breath better in the mid range.

Seriously! Took maybe 1mm off each of the 3 holes since it seemed a little tight. Once we did that it slid right on like a glove.
