FL5 Type R at Mid-Ohio - My Photos

I took a few photos at Mid-Ohio last weekend. Definitely looks better in person.

I wonder if the wheels will be the same? I hope so, I really like the matte look and no red pin stripe.

Also, I think them covering the back quarter window is what really throws off the look.

I was hoping they wouldnt keep that pointed trim on the rear quarter window. Looks kinda childish.

Did you notice that the front had that awkward bulbous look that the Civic Si and other Civic trims have?

I have seen people say that the camo hides the hood shape but personally it looks like they rounded out the hood so it doesn't look that weird. I imagine you can really tell in person

Makes sense. Some modern cars don’t photograph well and definitely look much better in person.

The G80 M3 is also one of them. It gets so much shit for the snout, but in person it actually works because the car looks very aggressive and muscular.

They had the car out on the track. It did some warm laps, a couple hot laps, and led the Indy car field out of the pits.

Exactly! Can’t see that interior which looks almost exactly like the merging of the fk8 and the 2022 hatchback…! Hah!
With the LiDAR Scanner we could see the seats are nearly the same.
