No track for me, just backroads and mountains. I care about grip, these are just fine for my situation, occasional spirited driving. On a track I would think a separate set of 18's would be best. These are hardly stretched , and at $200 a tire, why not lolSeparate question- of those running 265s on a 10" wheel, are any of you doing actual track stuff?
Just seems like a waste to stretch a 265 on a 10" wheel... unless you don't care about grip.
I was probably overstating, poor choice of words. By "care about grip", I was exclusively referencing track perspective. You're not going to reach the limits of the OEM tires on the street. Not a sane person, at least. I'm sure grip is fine on a 265 on the street...No track for me, just backroads and mountains.
