Did a few updates to the FL5 this past few days.... Lowered the car on H&R Springs and added some SSR GTX01 19x9.5 38mm offset wheels with 265/30/19 Nitto INVO tires. Car rides so much better than it did with the OEM Suspension..

+R is actually tolerable 95% of the time vice cringing over crappy roads... I feel it didn't loose anything in the handling department what so ever:thumbsup:

Are those wheels just the Dark Silver color option? or did you have them powder coated or something to match? They look awesome. I have a Sonic Grey Pearl that I take delivery of tomorrow.

looks good...:spaz:
thought I was going with Eibach, but the front on the Eibach is not low enough.
I remember from my FK8 (also with Eibach) are the same...
Think I'm going to sell the Eibachs and get Either H&R or Swift...
leaning towards Swift, since Made in Japan.
TBD....

The wheels are SSR GTX01's in Gunmetal Blue they look similar to the OEM optional forged wheel.

I originally wanted to go with the Eibach springs as well but it didn't like how the rear sat/looked lower that the front.. from the pictures I have seen so far the H&R and Swift's sit the best with the Swift's being the lower by about 1/4".. the Swifts might ride a bit firmer too. Overall I am very pleased with how the H&R springs lowered the FL5 and how the ride

Do they have the spring rates published on your H&R springs? Trying not to modify my car since it works so nicely as is but that drop looks very nice

They do have the rates posted … but don’t forget these springs are for the FK8… ( I doubt the spring rates should be much different once they make them for the FL5 )
F4.5kg/mm
R5.1kg/mm
These are the rates for the H&R springs

Question, Why dont people who change wheel to same Width and Diameter keep the OEM tire? I thought they looked really cool
