I had an 07 STi. The front diff on the FL5 really surprised me in the dry. Coming out of corners It almost feels like it’s AWD. Stock, it feels like it pushes much less than the Suby.
Stock engine tuning isn’t even close. I love how smooth the Honda engine is. Pulls so strong to redline...
I loved using Cobb for my WRX and STi.
They have the Cobb tuner out now for the FK8 and they definitely teased the FL5 at the end of this video.
They show that you can jail brake the FK8 yourself which would be a huge selling point for us on the FL5.
MSRP of 50k I’d still pay it. Yes, it’s expensive, but still you’re having to spend a lot more money for something like an RS3, M3 or ct4v BW. Elantra N is a smoking deal for the performance, GRC isn’t far behind.

Thanks for the great gouge on getting this installed. I messed up and got the adapter stuck in the knob. But I put blue locktite on the shift lever, let it set and was able to separate the 2. Other than that, pretty straightforward.
