I also vote that’s fuel starvation. Don’t mess around with that. Keep it topped off. If it was overheating, you’d see an actual limp mode and continual loss of power. Was this something they happened in turns for a moment or two, or several seconds/until you pit?

It’s definitely a tuning/mapping thing. But my FK8 didn’t have cold start retardation anywhere like this.

I’ve had one car with folding mirrors and cannot fathom a practical use for it in the USA. I used it once and laughed at the absurdity. Unless you have a gigantic SUV that will not fit width-wise in your garage without folding mirrors, they are most pointless thing ever to me.
