When Honda releases an ECU software that does not match other models in the category it will always take time to add. Unfortunately that's what is happening with this ECU number.
If you're talking about powering on with key on after sleeping, you have a CAN GATEWAY so turn on the CAN GATEWAY option in the main menu. 2020 and up have the CAN GATEWAY in the vehicle.
Not necessarily safe, as many learned with a certain brand's intake on the 10th gen. If the MAF housing size is changed it can throw off fueling pretty badly.

If you look back at the very original testing for a front pipe AND CATLESS downpipe combo on a factory CVT 10th Gen it only added 10hp.
These results are right on point with their 10th Gen Catted Downpipe.
Likely a situation similar to 10G where some will get lucky and their clutch will hold up well over time, others will go out earlier than you'd expect. We did leave a good amount of room, so I imagine the aftermarket tuners will pick up more mid-upper range torque and top end power.
