That's a pretty broad question that's a little difficult to answer without more information. Offset is only one part of a wheel fitment equation, so it's tough to give a flat recommendation.

For 19s with SM-10RS, I generally recommend the 19x10.5" ET45. If your car only has lowering springs, then you'll want to do a 275/30-19 tire as the slight stretch will help provide a bit more fender clearance.

Otherwise, if you don't like any stretch at all you'll need to consider at least a 285mm tire and adding some negative camber in your alignment to avoid rubbing.

This is of course highly dependent on which springs you have. You might need to add camber regardless.
