These reviews are worthless if they don't drive the lower tier trims that most people will be buying. Every single one is the top tier ST trim.

True, but that's the trim everybody and their brother wants on this site.

Redline Reviews vid: Over 8 seconds 0-60 test runs... huh. Yes, I know acceleration isn't everything but still would've hoped a newer gen would have better numbers than the previous versions...

edit: Topher's vid: I timed his 0-60 run and yes there's variables there with video and me timing it but best I got was 8.35 seconds.

About a full second slower than the 10th gen Sport Touring which usually clocked in around 7-7.1 seconds, just like the sedan being about a second slower. It's a shame, especially considering that $30k will get you a mazda3 hatch with 250hp and AWD. Its just not enough oomph for this price point IMO. But the Integra may remedy that.

Although I have an Si I'm looking at that Sport Hatch and not the Sport Touring.
Here's why:
158-hp N.A. vs. 180-hp Turbo
- I can live with the 158 HP just fine
6 Speed Manual option
- I HAVE to have a Manual until my left knee give out(10 years lol)
Cloth vs. Leather seats - I prefer cloth seats
I don't really need fog lights
I don't really need heated front seats
I don't need dual zone climate control
Both have 18 inch wheels - Wash
Both have Leather wrapped steering wheel - Wash
Both have push button start - Wash
Both have smart entry/auto lock - Wash
7 inch vs. 9 inch touch screen - This sucks I'd rather have the bigger screen. Still, not a deal breaker.
Shitty stereo system vs. Shitty stereo system
- Wash
25K vs. 31K - I think buying the less equipped Sport Hatch and saving 6K is the smart buy here.

I hate that they limit the Sport touring Hatch with the manual in only monochrome colors, black, white and gray. Why....just why. Really wanted a boost blue manual one. Though with these performance numbers will probably just get the Si in Aegean Blue.

I have a 2018 Civic LX coupe and a 2020 Civic Sport sedan. Both with the 2.0 and manual. Admittedly a bit slow off the line but a lot of fun once they are rolling.

I plan to swap to lighter weight wheels on the 2022 Sport HB when I get it (probably 17") to help a bit with acceleration. Maybe shave 30 to 40 lbs.

I really hate sunroofs too. Why cut a hole in a perfectly good roof? Adds weight, decreases headroom. And can leak.

Just find a 2021 Sport hatch and you can have all that with a better stereo setup and still get the turbo motor for less than a 2022.

"We still haven’t driven the base 2.0-liter model with its 158-horsepower engine, but can confirm the previous generation’s 2.0-liter was still a mighty fun time with the six-speed manual. "

What he said...

At this point I'd rather move forward with the 11th Gen as I think it will be a much more refined ride. I can add an amp and better speakers w/sub and I'll be all set.

I'm starting to agree with you. The turbo ST Hatch 0-60 is coming in around 8 seconds for all these reviews. The 2.0NA is 8.5secs. So unlike the 10th gen, the difference between the 11th gen models is almost negligible.
