23 Civic SI Type R Style Front Grill Install!

I ended up using a 1" ABS plastic matte door molding that makes it look factory once reassembled … expensive but works well. Normally with this mod you would see the clips behind the mesh but the strip eliminates that. What do you think?

Thank you Kbeau for sharing! I installed mine over the weekend. Both the grill and the strip fit perfectly. I was impressed with the quality of the grill.
