Differently how? In a good way or bad way?
Agree, it changes a very track oriented suspension with relatively narrow suspension damping per mode into a very wide range of capabilities within each mode. Basically modestly raising overall initial damping and overall damping in each mode vs the lower mode.....and matches up very well for an aggressive street with daily dcapabilities. When I first installed it I felt it was overly favoring a soft setup...but as I pushed harder in each mode looked for any compromises I found that while it feels different it really creates a very very capable and well mannered sport/ street setup that makes for a wonderful setup on an aggressive weekend car.

Alright people, BIG updates! I've been patient and let the last revision settle in for a few months. The comfort settings were plush but so much so that I lost steering feel and introduced unsafe levels of rebound. At highway speeds, the car was too floaty for my liking which sent me back to the drawing board.

One challenge I've had with the software is the ability to properly interpret the datalogs without using the DSC software. For those of you that know, you must have the computer connected to the module to read the datalogs. This doesn't work well for me so instead I setup to create application to do the interpretation.

What I'm calling Data Analyzer is still a work in progress, but here are a few snapshots of what to expect:

I want to try this map, but I have a few questions. If I want to reset back to the stock DSC map, how would I do that. Also, do you think it make a huge difference if I’m just using stock suspension? Also, is the vehicle to use still the Ford Mustang GT? I don’t see the FL5 in there. Either way I’m gonna give it a shot, and happy to give my input.

When you first open DSC Controller, you should save Read All and Save the file. This ensures you can revert back at any time otherwise the changes will be lost. DSC has good write ups on their support page on how to apply new revisions.

I can’t say for certain that it will make a huge difference since that would be my opinion and we all have different tolerances although it should be noticeable.

I was directed by DSC to select the Ford Raptor as it has the same mode selections for the Type S. Vehicle selection only impacts the mode selection in the settings as far as I’m aware. What’s important is that you have 3 distinct selections, the names don’t matter.

Happy tuning!

Hey I just tried uploading this file to my DSC and drove my car for about a mile everything was feeling great and then the car just died and now it won’t start. I thought the battery must have died so I tried to jump it but that didn’t work. Car cranks but does not start. Any ideas?

What was wrong?
I have a kill switch and there is a ground wire that attaches to the seat bolt that you have to remove to access the suspension module. When I removed the bolt it removed the ground wire so I was kill switching myself 😂 can’t even steal my own damn car 🤦🏼‍♂️
