Hey all! Got my FL5 a while ago and I thought I would start a thread to see the progress. This is how she sits today:

Installed:
-Championship White Volk TE37SL 18x9.5 +38
-Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S 275/35/R18
-Project Kics Monolith T1/07 Lugnuts

Future:
-Eibach Pro-kit lowering springs

Pics are from today. I'll update as I go.

Quick update: got the Eibach Pro-Kit Springs installed.
Drop: 1.0" Front, 0.7" Rear

Rides a bit rougher than stock but not harsh at all. Don't mind the brake dust on the white wheels. I'll clean them and get better pictures tomorrow.

I like the white wheels. I toyed with the idea of getting them, but ended up getting the Honda OEM forged wheels for the FL5.

Thanks! I can tell you from the 2 days I have had them that the cleaning is a hassle. The OEM pads are so dusty. I already ordered ceramic pads. The OEM forged are clean!

I love how it looks. Anyone have any suggestions for wheel cleaner? These are ceramic coated but the brake dust is insane. Ceramic brake pads on the way.

I coated my wheels with Gyeon "Rim" ceramic coating. It seems to help the cleaning process. I use and a lot of people like P&S Brake Buster. It's for the rims and tires and I think it works well. You are so right about the stock pads..... they throw a ton of dust.

Legit. Thanks! You're the second person to mention P&S. I'll check those out.

I've had great results with both Sonax and AMMO Plum. Never had white wheels though... but works great on gloss black, if that helps! Also a BITCH to keep clean...

Looks great, better after the drop. Nostalgic; reminds me of the 90s.

@FieldGenEJ I've posted this previously:

My wheels are also ceramic coated and I rotate P&S Brake Buster Total Wheel Cleaner and TUGA Devil Special Wheel Cleaner. P&S is good, but the TUGA Devil is the best wheel cleaner I've ever used. It's quite expensive so I don't use it every wash and tend to reserve it for when the wheels are dirtier than normal.

Every third wash or so I use Gyeon Q2M WetCoat on freshly cleaned wheels. Apply liberally and immediately rinse off with plenty water. The coating layered on top of a ceramic coating lasts about 3 months. It's just a little extra protection on top. Minimal effort for incremental gain.

Thanks! Yeah the color combo definitely reminds me of the DC2 and the NSX-R

Awesome! I'll get those for sure. Did you change brake pads as well or did you stick with OEM?
