Do you think maybe adaptive dampers, heated seats were taken out because of the chip shortage or just flat out “money savings”?

Valken...

Some people will say chip shortage but other 11th gen Civics have heated seats so I say it was a money decision. Maybe for some, the upgrade to Bose Audio is a good trade off I guess. Living in a state that gets below freezing often, heated seats are close to a necessary feature though. Adaptive dampers, again, cost cutting.

Additionally, Canadian Si's get fog lights, rear heated seats, dual zone climate, a heated steering wheel and a lot of other goodies. That makes their version of the Si not only more upscale but a fantastic bargain.

Oops, Not adaptive dampers.. But Canada has heated seats, heated steering, touring display, fog lights, turn signal mirrors, parking sensors front and rear, dual climate control, auto dimming rear view mirror with home link, plus wireless charging. That's alot of changes.

And the crazy thing is in US dollars it probably costs way less than our Si.

All the American Si owners are getting ripped off..
It wouldn't have been so bad if they hadn't still increased the price over two thousand dollars, but to take all the content out then still charge more than the fully loaded Canadian Version is just a slap in the face from American Honda.

One of my favorite car review channels. They have great rapport, display good humor and are knowledgeable car enthusiasts.

Excellent review. Knowledgeable, Top-Gear esque funny, and they actually know how to drive/review a car. I don't think people recognize how good their content is. ? Oh-Canada-Go-Canada?
