Hondata App - Which Version?

I'm trying to figure out which version of the Hondata app to get and I see that there is a regular/base version and a complete version, links below:

I plan on using it to monitor some sensors and eventually ethanol content, just basic stuff.

It's not obvious to me the differences between the two and would like some guidance on which one to purchase.
