Hondata FlashPro Parallel Macbook??

Hey guys, i'm sure not much is out there yet on this for the FL5, but does anyone know it Parallels will work ok on the FL5 with the flashpro?

I use bootcamp on my MacBook Pro to run Windows for Flashpro. Works fine

In a pinch back in the day I would go to Walmart and buy a cheap laptop, flash my car, then return it. lol

That’s 1 way to do it lol.. That parallel program for Mac has a 14 day trial. So I was thinking about just tuning it once I download that program and then just canceling it after. Not exactly sure how tunes work, but do I ever need to mess with it after?

I assume you are just using a OTS tune or buying one from somewhere like TSP. If so, no. They are locked and can't be edited. I have no business playing with that stuff. I just upload, that's it.

@jayely14 I used a free virtualization program called UTM (https://mac.getutm.app/) to run Windows 11 ARM64 edition on my M1 Mac. I was using it for Ktuner software. But I just installed FlashPro, and it seems to be working fine.

Thanks for the help guys! Good to know once you install it you don't really need a PC anymore.. I will just try a free trial and be done with it then. Easy enough!
