OP I just watched a video about a dealer installed GPS tracker that was piggyback on the OBD port of a guys fl5.
Check to see if you have the same tracker that could be causing the issues?

I also saw this happen on a GR Corolla.

If we ourselves couldn't get a calibration to upload, no one else would be able to.
We'll have to look in to why yours is the only one to have this issue.

They will take care of you, physically check the OBD2 port and make sure it is clear and no other things are spliced to it.
