Lighter wheel, looks stock, same specs?

Specs are 18x9.5 +38 Superspeed RF05RR with 255/35R18 Michelin X-ice Snow Tires. Lowered on Swift's, no rubbing. Also swapped over to the DE5 ADS Module

I have +38 and mine are not tucked in like that.
